Store Policy


AGREEING TO A SALE IS CONSIDERED AGREEING WITH THE POLICIES BELOW.  PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. 

General Policy 

  • Crown Hat, Inc. is an official licensed wholesaler providing service to wholesalers, resellers, and non-profit/religious organizations. 
  • Wholesale minimum order is $50.00 total excluding shipping. 
  • Any order below $50.00 is charged a non-wholesale fee. 
  • All prices listed on August Caps online store are wholesale pricing.  
  • Case pricing (144 hats / 12 dz of each style) applies to all available items.  August Caps does not offer retail pricing. 
  • Merchants from the State of California MUST provide California's Seller Permit Number when registering for an account. 
  • Any customer from the State of California who registers without a valid reseller's permit or tax ID is subject to order/account cancellation or 9.00% CA sales tax. 
  • Any inquiry regarding a purchase / placing an order / items must be received via website messaging or e-mail augustcaps@gmail.com.


Shipping Policy 

  • Shipping rate is calculated based on the products' weight/volume and destination.  
  • All shipments will be shipped to a customer's credit card BILLING address with the exception of PO Box billing address.
  • August Caps ships all wholesale orders via UPS.   Tracking number will be provided via email and on the customer account page once shipment goes out. 
  • Non-wholesale orders below $50.00 are shipped via USPS First Class with insurance & delivery confirmation.  
  • Please do NOT use a PO BOX address as your shipping address. 
  • Packages are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days. 
  • For shipping to Alaska and outside of the United States, USPS Priority Mail (plus insurance and delivery confirmation) is used.  Please contact August Caps for details prior to placing an order. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide any special delivery instructions to UPS/USPS at your shipping address.  After the tracking number shows that the delivery has been completed, we are not responsible for any package loss.
  • August Caps verifies the contents of packages and matches invoices before sealing.  We hand-pick our boxes, matching contents to invoices.  Our seal is a guarantee that we have checked our contents.  If a seal is broken or box is torn / damaged upon delivery, this is the responsibility of the carrier and you must either obtain the driverís signature or refuse the package.   


Payment Method 
  • August Caps accepts all major credit cards via secure on-line Paypal and on the website via Authorize.Net. 
  • YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS TO PREVENT ANY FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION.
  • You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card online. 
  • All international customers must pay via Paypal or using an international credit card using Paypal Online Credit Card System.  
  • Money order & cashier's check is accepted. 
  • CODs are not accepted. 
  • For any order larger than $5,000.00, wire transfer is the only accepted payment method. 
  • For any other method of payment, please contact August Caps for details. 


Return Policy 
  • All sales are considered FINAL. 
  • August Caps double-checks to ensure the quality of the products prior to shipping.  However, if defective merchandise is received at the point of origin, please contact August Caps via email within 3 business days of delivery. 
  • Returns without pre-authorization by August Caps are not accepted. 
  • Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
  • Refund will be made for the defective pieces only in a form of a store credit. 
  • We double-check total quantity of items prior to shipping.  If there is any item sold out / out of stock, we notify customers via e-mail re: shortage and either provide a refund or suggest a substitution. 
  • You should never report a missing item unless it is truly missing and you have not been notified by us regarding the item short / out of stock via e-mail.  After we review the CCTV camera & our UPS account record at the shipping site and find out that the reported missing item was indeed shipped, we file a police report and permanently disable a customer account.

Local Pickup 

Orders can be picked up at Crown Hat, Inc. at 100 West 17th St. Suite 9, Los Angeles, CA 90015.  Please indicate that you want to pick up your orders in the Comment section during checkout.  Shipping fee will be fully refunded after pickup.
